By accessing or using the services provided by Globalization Guide LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Globalization Guide provides business formation and compliance services, including but not limited to:
- LLC formation filing with state agencies
- EIN application preparation and submission
- Registered agent services
- Tax compliance filing (Form 5472, BOI Reports)
- General guidance on US business operations
3. Not Legal or Tax Advice
Important: Globalization Guide is not a law firm or CPA firm. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Our services are limited to document preparation and filing assistance. For specific legal or tax questions, please consult a qualified attorney or tax professional.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond promptly to our requests for additional information
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Notify us of any changes to your information that may affect our services
5. Fees and Payment
All fees are stated in US dollars and are due at the time of service. Prices are subject to change without notice. State filing fees, where applicable, are included in our service fees unless otherwise stated.
6. Refund Policy
Once we begin processing your order (submitting documents to state agencies or the IRS), refunds are generally not available as government filing fees are non-refundable. If you cancel before we begin processing, you may be eligible for a refund minus any administrative fees.
7. Registered Agent Service
Registered agent services are provided on an annual subscription basis. You are responsible for maintaining current contact information with us. Failure to renew your registered agent service may result in your LLC falling out of good standing with the state.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globalization Guide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Globalization Guide and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
